Also this year Irmscher will be represented at the Motor Show in Essen (27.11 -. 06.12.2015). Amongst other things the brand new special model of Irmscher Insignia IS3 will be issued there.

In cooperation with the dealership Köstner a very special power package was originated. It is a matter of a new extensive tailor-made suit for Opel Insignia ST with modified technique. The vehicle is named Irmscher Insignia IS3 and should be offered as a special model.

The front is dominated by a revised front apron with underride splitter which already ensures impression by the large air intakes. The lateral line is perfectly integrated into the sidelines by side skirts and runs into a rear diffuser which surrounds the revised left / right exhaust. A discreetly rear wing spoiler take care of some good downforce which shows the road-going sports ambitions. All parts were newly developed and subjected by extensive test runs e.g. wind tunnel tests.

A color scheme combines the individual elements on the vehicle and waits on accents with the trend color gold. The rims with the dimension 8.5 x 20 inches in Irmscher Turbo-Star exclusive design bear a golden accent which encloses the rims with fine lines. For an optimized driving behavior also the chassis has been adapted to the raised power.

The engine was a comprehensive revision in the range of the turbocharger, the cooling and as well as the intake and exhaust tract revised and modified to 370 HP / 279 kW. The torque raises up to 600 Nm and acceleration from 0-100 km / h is 5.9 seconds.

This extraordinary vehicle is planned as Irmscher special edition and will be available from the end of 2015 via the dealership Köstner and Irmscher. The customer can choose between complete vehicles and the subsequent reconstruction.
